TBI Installation Videos

Here we’ve created some short videos to help with the areas that seem to generate the most questions and problems. We strongly recommend that you review all the videos before beginning the installation of the TBI kit. In addition to viewing them here, they are also available on You Tube. These videos are also repeated throughout the web site as they relate to specific components.

One of the most misunderstood yet easiest components to install is the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). If you don’t install & adjust it correctly, it leads to all sorts of problems when you first start the car. In order to prevent this from happening, we’ve created this easy to follow step by step video tutorial for installing and adjusting the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)

NOTE: This is also the most frequently broken component due to people not following instructions and over-rotating the unit during installation. If you over-rotate and break it, you will need to get a replacement unit.
