One of the most misunderstood yet easiest components to install is the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). If you don’t install & adjust it correctly, it leads to all sorts of problems when you first start the car. NOTE: This is also the most frequently broken component due to people not following instructions and over-rotating the unit during installation. If you over-rotate and break it, you will need to get a replacement unit.
